Shipping policy

We take a huge amount of pride in how we present our catering and how it arrives at your event. That's why we don't use any third parties to ship your order. We deliver our catering within Auckland in our electric van and the fee is based on the distance from our kitchen in Glendene. Our fees might be a little higher than our competitors but this is because we need to factor in two trips - one to drop off your catering and another to pick up the reusable equipment. If it wasn't for our e-van we'd have to make the fees even higher. 

We will coordinate with you a drop-off time and location prior to your event. Once we arrive, we're also more than happy to help set out your catering where it needs to be and ensure it is nicely presented. Of course, we can leave it to you as well, just speak with us on arrival regarding this. We make every effort to ensure that orders leaving our kitchen are presented to the highest level, however, sometimes mistakes and slip-ups happen during delivery and orders can move around in transit. If this happens we'll do our best to rectify it on arrival and if we can='t do so to your satisfaction we'll work with you to make good, whether that be with a refund or replacement. 

If you would like us to wear a mask on drop off please advise prior to delivery so we can keep you and your guests safe. We ask you to please advise us as well before arrival if anyone at your location is isolating with Covid-19 or with symptoms. 

You are welcome (and even encouraged) to pick up your order from our kitchen at Unit 9, The Kitchen Collective, 9A Akatea Rd, Glendene, Auckland. If you want to do this, we advise you to do so as close to your event as possible. This is because when food comes out of the fridge or oven there is a four-hour window where it should be eaten before it needs to be cooked or chilled again. 

We love seeing the looks on people's faces when our food arrives and we look forward to working with you for your next event.

We will aim to do all pick-ups the following weekday morning, however if you require pick-up on the same day as your order was delivered this incurs an additional $25 fee.
